If you collected the England 2010 Topps' album, then you'll be familiar with the style used in the Topps' England 2012 Official Sticker Collection - the two football sticker albums are very similar in their appearance, and with their dedication to the England team, rather than the European Championship so much. After the first page introduction, the album presents an overview type section over the next two pages, with stickers showing 'Youth & Experience' and the qualifying squad. The album then looks at the England squad, with a sticker per player showing their number of caps and goals. Then we see the qualifying process, with football stickers showing the performances over the 8 games.
Each England player is allocated a page, with a selection of shiny and regular stickers, stats and details relating to that player. There is also a 'Fan Chat' sections, where a young football fan's sound bite on the player is displayed. The next section is the 'England's Rivals' football stickers. These 6 stickers examine our closes rivals for the summer of 2012, with an action shot taken from a past match against that team. After a few stickers of Wembley stadium, there are a selection of 'England Early Years' stickers, looking back all the way to 1863. A whole page is dedicated to England's 1966 World Cup victory.
The 'England Legends' cover 6 pages, looking back over the most successful and influential players that the national team has seen to date, from Gordon Banks to Stuart Pearce, from Trevor Brooking to David Beckham. There are the total caps and goals scored for each legend player, and a few extra stats and trivia thrown-in in a few places. Some of these stickers are also larger shinys. 'Top Ten Goals' does what it says on the tin - examining the most famous England goals that we all remember, then our favourite section here at FootballStickipedia.com is the 'England Kits'. The kits pages is a long overdue feature in our opinion - stickers going back over the years showing the progression in the England Kit styles and fashions. Each kits shows it's win, draw, loss performances and the years in which it was in use. The final two England Feature sections are the 'Most Caps' and 'Highest Goal scorers'.
After all the England stuff is out of the way, the album moves on to the other teams at the tournament. Some teams get a double spread, whilst others are only a single page - the smaller nations only get to share a single page! Stickers included are the usual squad football stickers, a larger star player sticker and a shiny team kit.
